Payment Terms

100% payment 25 days before departure

Advance Payments Policy:

We at Experience Vacations India Pvt. Ltd offer very reasonable advance payment. Once guest accepts our proposal , we request guest to pay some partial payment. Which is depends on the services that we have offered. Balance can be paid on arrival in India. However it is not applicable during the peak season like Christmas, New Year, Conference / Trade Fair or black out dates where full advance payment will be required.

For any Domestic / International flight ticket we need full advance.

Cancellation Policy:

  • If cancellation is made 90 days prior to arrival- 10% of the “Tour Cost”will be charged
  • If cancellation is between 90 days to 60 days prior to arrival – 20% of the “Tour Cost” will be charged
  • If cancellation is between between 60 days to 30 days prior to arrival – 30% of the “Tour Cost” will be charged
  • If cancellation is within 30 days prior to arrival – Advance received amount will be adjusted as retention charge
  • Flight Tickets – No refund
